Langtang with Naya Kanga | 5846m – Himalayan peak ascent trek

The Langtang region is the most accessible alpine region from Kathmandu. On clear days you can see the glaciated peaks of Langtang from the Kathmandu valley. It’s a jeep ride to get to the start of a Langtang adventure, no flight required. On this trip we will climb a semi-technical peak (Naya Kanga), trek in spectacular Langtang area, and do a bit of day trip exploring.

Api Himal | 6000m – exploratory alpine climbing

Api Himal is located in Far Western Nepal. The peak itself is 7000 meters in height, and surrounded by 5000 and 6000 meter peaks. The goal of this trip is to walk into the region with porter support, focusing on the culture and wildlife of the region. We will stop and visit with locals in their villages, search for wildlife with my binoculars while on trail, and make our way up into the large alpine region that is Api Himal.
