Join us in Peru this coming June-July to ski 5,500m+ peaks in 10 days (*optional extra days)
Cordillera Blanca is the highest tropical mountain range worldwide and is one of the highest of the entire Andes, reaching an elevation of 6,768 m (Nevado Huascarán). It contains most of all tropical glaciers on Earth and, as a consequence, a large number of glacial lakes (800+ have been counted).
The range has it all for intermediate and higher levels of backcountry skiers and snowboarders. We choose June and July, the peak of the dry season, when clear skies and stable snowpack create optimal conditions for skiing big lines.
Ease of access to base camps with horses, and great variety of choicwe in ski objectives.
Urus (5,423m), Ishinca (5,530m), Copa (6,180m), Tocllaraju (6,034m), Vallunaraju (5,686m) are our favourite peaks to ski in this area. Reach out to us to discuss your goals and we will help to select the right ski objective for your trip.

Cordillera Blanca.
