Booking Application

If you have any questions about our programs, or would like to book by phone, don’t hesitate to email us: info@himalaya-alpine.com. A guide or our logistics coordinator is usually available to discuss program details, space availability, and qualifications.

Once you have decided on a program:

  1. Step 1. Fill out and submit this Online Registration Form and indicate how you would like to pay. Once we can confirm your trip, we will send an invoice to the email address you provide. If you prefer to register by mail, we can email you the registration form.
  2. Step 2.  Fill out and submit a Climber Profile. This form provides us with critical information about you, your interests, your needs , and your medical background so that we can give you the best possible service.
  3. Step 3. Complete your booking by reading and accepting our Terms & Conditions and Release waivers.  This last phase also includes information on trip insurance, which we require that you have for all climbs and treks.
